Come winter, and it’s time for events, conferences and exhibitions.

With a plethora of events, conferences and exhibitions Cygnus team of specialist were traversing the country supporting our clients with a wide cross section of services.

It was truly race against time for Team Cygnus at the Felicitation Ceremony for National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) which was held on 2nd & 3rd February at Kolkata’s well known event destination Swabhumi. The mandate was to set up the event venue which not only required aesthetically designed décor and branding but a large stage for the ceremony and giant size LED Screens, printing of Certificates and  collateral print material and procurement of Mementos.

Science and Heritage Initiative (SandHI) , a mega project of IIT Khargapur under MHRD, organized a half-a-day Exhibition and Deliberation at the prestigious India International Centre New Delhi on Wednesday February 6, 2019. The unique open air display designed and put up by Team Cygnus was highly acclaimed by the visitors who included the who’s who of the academic and cultural world of the Capital city.

From Kolkata the Team moved to Guwahati where involvement of Cygnus started with development and hosting of two dynamic Conference Management Portals few months back for two consecutive conferences NGPPBUT 2019 and ICTPA 2019 to be held between 11-13th February and 14-16th February consecutively organized by Department of Bio-Technology, IIT Guwahati. As the “D’ Day approached the Team was assigned to design and execute a wide range of task which included creating an atmosphere of a conference by designing and setting up venue signage to venue and stage décor creating and producing all collateral material, conference publication that such international conferences demand.

To honour the first Indian President, Dr Rajendra lala Mitra, The Asiatic Society of Bengal entrusted Cygnus to design and set up a permanent gallery at the new building located at Salt Lake, Kolkata. This permanent gallery built to depict the time and life of Sir Rajendra Lala Mitra was conceived and executed by Cygnus within a span of a fortnight,  was highly appreciated by the management of the Society. The uniqueness in the design & concept was well appreciated by the visitors.
